Refund Policy

At Space Coast Sports Performance, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and fitness instruction. Due to the scheduling and preparation required for our programs, all sales, session packages, memberships, and training fees are final and non-refundable.

If a scheduled session must be canceled, we require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be forfeited.

In the event of severe weather, coach illness, or other circumstances requiring cancellation by Space Coast Sports Performance, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as this policy allows us to provide consistent scheduling and exceptional service to all athletes and families.
