Welcome to Space Coast Sports Performance ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, registering for services, or participating in our training programs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Space Coast Sports Performance provides youth fitness instruction, sports performance training, strength and conditioning, speed and agility development, personal training, and small group fitness classes.

Participation in any program is voluntary.

2. Eligibility

Participants under 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before participating in any program or submitting information through this website.

3. Health & Medical Clearance

Parents and participants acknowledge that physical activity involves inherent risks.

Participants should be in good physical condition and consult a physician before beginning any exercise program if there are any medical concerns.

Parents are responsible for informing Space Coast Sports Performance of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, medications, or physical limitations prior to participation.

4. Assumption of Risk

Participation in athletic and fitness activities involves risks including, but not limited to:

Muscle soreness
Falls
Sprains
Strains
Cuts or bruises
Serious injury

By participating, parents and participants voluntarily assume these risks.

5. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Space Coast Sports Performance, its owners, employees, contractors, and coaches shall not be liable for any injury, illness, property damage, or loss arising from participation in training sessions, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

6. Payments

Payment is due prior to the scheduled session unless other arrangements have been made.

Packages and memberships are non-transferable.

Refunds are issued only at the discretion of Space Coast Sports Performance unless otherwise required by law.

7. Cancellation Policy

Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to the full session fee.

8. Weather

Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to lightning, severe weather, or unsafe conditions.

Every effort will be made to provide an alternate training time.

9. Code of Conduct

We strive to maintain a positive and respectful training environment.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate participation for:

Unsafe behavior
Bullying
Harassment
Disruptive conduct
Failure to follow coach instructions
10. Photography & Media

Photographs or videos may occasionally be taken during training sessions for educational or promotional purposes.

Parents who do not wish for their child to appear in photographs or videos must notify Space Coast Sports Performance in writing.

11. Website Content

All content, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, training materials, and written content on this website are the property of Space Coast Sports Performance and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

12. Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites, including Step Up For Students.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of third-party websites.

13. Privacy

Information submitted through our website is used solely for communication regarding our programs and services.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

14. Changes to These Terms

Space Coast Sports Performance reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
